This workout plan is primarily targeting the abdominal muscles (core). Each exercise is specially designed to strengthen your core, lower body fat percentage, make abs more visible and fuller. Participants will also work the legs, chest, shoulders, triceps and build stamina through cardio. These exercises can be done at home or in a gym!!!
